Job Summary

Conduct patient assessments, complete physical examinations, and collect clinical data including vital signs and specimens. Diagnose medical conditions, administer medications, perform minor surgery, and order and interpret laboratory test results. Staff the outpatient addiction medicine clinic and coordinate care for inpatient consult services across Trauma, Surgery, Medicine, Pediatrics, and Ob/Gyn. Manage ED patients with opioid use disorder, provide clinical support for providers, and collaborate with community partners for medical assisted therapy. Ensure accurate patient coding, maintain detailed medical reports, and manage inventory of supplies and instruments. Serve as a resource and team leader during shifts to facilitate patient triaging, treatment, and discharge.
