Coordinate with medical providers, therapists, social workers, nurses, and families to ensure optimal patient care in a private practice setting. Deliver consistent on-site pain management aimed at reducing re-admission rates while collaborating with Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Management Physicians. Work in-person at a Medical Practice located in Livonia and Flint with flexible full-time or part-time schedule options.
