Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care in a full-time, in-person role with an average patient volume of 15-17 per day. Manage wellness visits, chronic disease management, and in-office procedures within a collaborative team including behavioral health providers, MAs, and RNs. Practice under a broad scope of care with no on-call rotation, utilizing weekly Lunch & Learns for collaborative practice. Work within a Federally Qualified Community Health Center serving diverse populations including Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured patients.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent education from an accredited PA program
- Colorado license to practice as a PA
- DEA license to prescribe medication
- Life Support certification (BLS at minimum)
- Maintenance of Continuing Education as required by your PA credentialing board and state medical board
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of related experience as a PA
