Job Summary
Diagnose and treat patients across all ages for urgent care, primary medical, telemedicine, and occupational medicine services. Perform minor procedures, suturing, splinting, orthopedic evaluations, dermatology, eye care, EKG interpretations, and general GYN expertise. Review x-rays for radiologist over-read. Manage emergency situations and lead a team of medical assistants in a high-volume environment. Full scope of practice allows independent decision-making supported by on-site training and provider on-call assistance. Schedule includes rotating shifts covering 362 days annually, with every other weekend off. Two-year commitment includes tuition reimbursement grants for student loan assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant Board Certification
- MSN, or higher education
- DOT certification or willingness to become DOT certified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
