Physician Assistant

PRN Physician Assistant needed to support urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine across multiple Wilmington clinics. Performs minor procedures (toenail removals, foreign body removals), suturing and splinting, orthopedic evaluations and management, X-ray review with Radiologist over-read, EKG interpretation, general dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care; treats patients of all ages; provides emergency management in a fast-paced setting. Schedule features shifts determined approximately two months in advance; clinic hours include weekdays and weekend coverage with location-specific hours. Qualifications include Physician Assistant certification and Master's degree or higher; excellent written and verbal communication skills; EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay plus bonus incentives, malpractice insurance, CME allowance, UpToDate subscription, mileage reimbursement, and paid orientation/training.
