Job Summary
Conduct patient-focused care across urgent care, primary medical, telemedicine, and occupational medicine services, including minor surgeries, suturing, splinting, and general orthopedic evaluations. Perform general dermatology, eye problem assessments, EKG interpretations, and GYN expertise while managing emergency situations and treating children of all ages. Review x-rays for radiologist over-read and utilize emergency management skills in high-volume environments. Work rotating shifts from Monday through Sunday across multiple clinics, with schedules determined two months in advance. Board certification and MSN education required.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant Board Certification
- MSN, or higher education
- Must be available for shifts determined two months in advance
- Must be available for Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Must be available for Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Must be available for Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (KidsStreet)
- Must be available for Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (KidsStreet)
- Must be able to work in multiple clinics in your area
- Must be able to provide leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment
- Must be able to perform minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
- Must be able to perform suturing
- Must be able to perform splinting
- Must be able to perform General Orthopedic evaluations/management
- Must be able to review x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist)
- Must be able to perform General Dermatology
- Must be able to perform General eye problems
- Must be able to perform General EKG interpretations
- Must be able to demonstrate Emergency management skills
- Must be able to perform General GYN expertise
- Must be able to treat children of all ages
- Must be able to perform Occupational medicine
- Must be able to perform Telemedicine
- Must be able to pass standard pre-employment background checks
- Must be able to pass drug screens
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
