Job Summary
PRN Physician Assistant position across multiple Wake Forest clinics. Responsibilities include urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine; minor procedures (toenail removals, foreign body removals); suturing and splinting; general orthopedic evaluations and management; radiology review with Radiologist over-read; EKG interpretation; care across dermatology, eye, and GYN, treating patients of all ages; emergency management in a fast-paced setting. Schedule features shifts determined ~two months in advance with clinic hours across weekdays and weekends (Wake Forest and select KidsStreet locations). Qualifications require PA certification and Master’s degree or higher; EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred. Compensation described as competitive hourly pay with bonus incentives, plus malpractice insurance, CME allowance, and various benefits.
