Job Summary
Diagnose and treat patients across all ages in urgent care, primary medical, telemedicine, and occupational medicine settings. Perform minor procedures, suturing, splinting, orthopedic evaluations, dermatology, eye care, EKG interpretations, and general GYN expertise. Lead a small team of medical assistants while reviewing x-rays and managing emergency situations. Work rotating shifts covering seven days a week, including every other weekend. This full-time role offers full scope of practice within an urgent care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant Board Certification
- MSN, or higher education
- DOT certification or willingness to become DOT certified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
