Job Summary
Physician Assistant needed to support urgent care and occupational medicine across multiple clinics in the Charlotte region. Responsibilities include minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.), suturing, splinting, general orthopedic evaluations/management, reviewing x-rays (over-read by Radiologist), dermatology and eye problems, EKG interpretations, emergency management, GYN, and care for children of all ages. Telemedicine is part of the service mix, with shifts determined two months in advance and clinic hours listed for MainStreet and KidsStreet locations. The role requires collaboration with teams in different clinics and leadership in a high-volume urgent care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant Board Certification required
- MSN, or higher education required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
