Job Summary
Lead a clinician-led urgent care team as a Physician Assistant in a high-volume clinic. Provide full-scope PA services across ages (babies to geriatric) including diagnosing and treating URIs, minor procedures (nail removal, foreign object removal), suturing, splinting, general orthopedic evaluations, radiology review, dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretations, emergency management, GYN care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine. Assume a leadership role with medical assistants, guiding treatment protocols and decision-making. Opportunities include rural community impact, tuition/loan reimbursement grants, and a two-year commitment with comprehensive training after onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant Board Certification
- MSN or higher education required
- DOT certification or willingness to become DOT certified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office
- New graduate friendly
