Physician Assistant in Family Medicine, working on a care team integrated with Physicians, PAs, NPs, and Behavioral Health providers to deliver high-quality care. Responsibilities include providing health care and teaching to patients and their families, taking care of patients on-site and remotely, and collaborating with support staff (nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, and more). The role emphasizes data-driven, patient-centered care, ongoing continuing education (including Up to Date), and participation in a National Health Loan Forgiveness Repayment program.
