Physician Assistant, Internal Medicine

Physician Assistant (PA) to join an Internal Medicine team in Weymouth, MA for a full-time role with 34 hours of patient-facing clinical time and 6 hours of administrative time weekly. The PA provides direct care, conducts complete histories and physical examinations, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, develops plans of care and follow-up, orders medications and writes prescriptions, and maintains thorough documentation across ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and procedural settings. Additional duties may include precepting a small group of learners. Flexible scheduling with an off day/remote administrative day on Monday; practice hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The role supports adult preventive services and management of acute and chronic conditions, with plans to expand into Family Medicine in 2027, and aims to build/manage a patient panel of ~1,000 patients.
