Job Summary
Manage the full spectrum of inpatient care, including admissions, discharges, and ongoing hospital care. Work with an experienced, highly skilled physician team to receive comprehensive support and training while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Contribute to the development of a new inpatient care model that sets the standard for excellence in healthcare delivery. Night shift positions are available with flexible block scheduling, including 7-on/7-off rotations. This role offers extensive training and mentorship directly from attending physicians for recent graduates or those seeking to further their career in hospital medicine within Banner - University Medicine's premier academic health system.
Required Qualifications
- CAQ in Hospital Medicine preferred
- Current Board Certification
- Active Arizona License
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Current Prescribing Privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
- Patient-Centric Team Player
- Highly Qualified New Graduates Considered
