Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to deliver preventive and diagnostic services while connecting one-on-one with patients in their private residences. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to cover the Seattle/King County area. Work part-time, approximately 29.5 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Maintain active, unrestricted licensure and board certification to fulfill role requirements.
Required Qualifications

- Able to cover the following primary locations: Seattle/ King County area
- Able to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
