Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans for patients in their homes. Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and provide patient education while coordinating care with physicians. Maintain accurate documentation of all encounters and communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking families. This role offers a personal driver to worksites and supports new graduates entering home-based primary care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active New York State PA License
- Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
- Must be Bilingual in Mandarin
- Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments
- Proficiency in diagnosis
- Proficiency in treatment planning
- Proficiency in documentation
