Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized care plans for patients in their homes. Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and provide patient education while coordinating care with physicians. Maintain accurate documentation of all encounters. This bilingual Mandarin Physician Assistant role offers a personal driver to worksites and welcomes new graduates. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling (minimum 3 days a week) is available with a salary of $130,000 to $150,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active New York State PA License
- Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
- Must be Bilingual in Mandarin
- Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation
- Comfortable providing care in home settings
- Highly independent
- Excellent communication skills (particularly with Mandarin-speaking patients)
- Compassionate
- Adaptable
- Culturally sensitive
- Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days a week)
