Job Summary
Conduct adult and pediatric urgent care services across 16-hour and 12-hour centers in East End Long Island, including Yaphank, Elwood, Bay Shore, Port Jefferson, Deer Park, Commack, Sayville, and West Islip. Manage minor procedures such as sutures, casts, and splints while interpreting EKGs and X-rays. Work within a team supported by on-site Rad Techs and Medical Assistants for vitals, medication administration, and vaccine delivery. Utilize advanced imaging, labs, and an ECW EMR in state-of-the-art, patient-friendly facilities. Requires 2+ years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more yrs. of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.)
