Job Summary
Geriatric medicine/post-acute care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Eugene, OR focused on Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care. Responsibilities include clinic visits, follow ups, established visits, and care coordination for about 16 patients per day. Requires PA/NP program graduation, NCCPA certification, Master’s degree, active PA license, active Adult NP certification, and DEA license. Schedule is Monday through Friday with no call or weekends; possible remote work. Competitive compensation with full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- NCCPA certified
- Master Degree
- Active Physician Assistant License
- Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed
- Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
- Hold DEA license
