Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, and ADHD. Reliably perform integrated intake evaluations and partner with therapists to coordinate care across disciplines. Educate clients on diagnoses, treatment options, and the integrated care model during intake and follow-up. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR and help refine clinical workflows as the practice grows. Requires an active Illinois PA license, current DEA registration, and 2–3 years of psychiatric experience. Flexible full- or part-time hours with a revenue-share compensation model for this 1099 role in Chicago.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois PA license in good standing
- Current NCCPA certification (PA-C)
- Current, unrestricted DEA registration
- Current, unrestricted NPI
- At least 2–3 years of experience practicing as a PA
- Meaningful psychiatric or mental health experience
- Sound clinical judgment
- Comfort working autonomously within a collaborative team
- Individual malpractice/liability coverage
- Willingness to practice under a written collaborative agreement with our Medical Director
