Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Provide in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members as a physician contractor. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, with pre-scheduled visits and no prescribing. Earn between $3,000 and $5,000 per week (based on 6-9 visits daily and $100 per completed assessment) plus potential earnings via a pay-per-test model and a Market Multiplier. Requires state medical license and/or eligibility, malpractice coverage, and Medicare/Medicaid-related credentials; flexible shifts Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Locations include Kalamazoo, MI, with travel to patient homes; independent contractor role with 1099 status.
