Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Physician/Physician Assistant contractor opportunity to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focusing on overall health, identifying barriers to care, and reviewing medical history and performing physical evaluations in the patient’s home. Compensation includes a weekly pay range up to $3,000–$5,000 with average 6–9 visits per day and optional pay-per-test for eligible visits; potential to increase per-visit rate with Market Multiplier. Requires state licensure and may include Medicaid licensure enrollment with company support. Flexible schedule with shifts Monday–Sunday, 1099 status, malpractice coverage, and travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car) where eligible.
