Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members to identify care barriers and educate patients on treatment plans without prescribing medicine or altering existing regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 daily visits, earning up to $3,000 weekly based on a base rate of $70 plus a pay-per-test model for qualifying diagnostics. Maintain a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday with no night or weekend requirements, operating as an independent contractor with access to travel benefits and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
