Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members as a contracted PA. Conduct in-home visits focused on overall health, identify barriers to care, review medical history and perform physical evaluations in the member’s home; no prescription changes or lab orders are described. Earn a weekly incentive structure with base per-visit payments and potential market multipliers; position offers flexible scheduling, pre-scheduled home visits, malpractice coverage, and 1099 contractor status; state license is required and Medicaid licensure or enrollment support is available. Shifts run Monday–Sunday with no nights or weekends required. Location: Texarkana, AR, US.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA)
- State license required
- Medicaid license or willingness to enroll with company support
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- Contract role with in-home health evaluations
- Licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas or eligible for licensure
