In-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members performed by MD/DO contractors (physician assistants welcome) in Climax, MI. Conduct pre-scheduled in-home visits, review medical history, assess overall health, identify care barriers, and perform physical evaluations without prescribing medications or altering treatment plans. Earn a competitive wage with a base of $100 per completed assessment plus a weekly potential of $3,000–$5,000 (average 6–9 visits daily) and eligibility for a Market Multiplier. Independent contractor (1099) with flexible scheduling; shifts available Monday–Sunday; airfare, hotel, and rental car may be provided; malpractice coverage included; state license required with paid collaborative physician roles in certain states; opportunities to earn additional pay via pay-per-test for additional diagnostic and preventive tests.
