Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members conducted by a physician (MD/DO) contractor. Perform patient-focused visits in the member’s home to assess overall health, identify barriers to care, and complete patient-specific forms. No prescribing, orders for labs, or treatment alterations during visits. Pre-scheduled in-home assessments with health plan members; available on a short- or long-term basis with flexible scheduling. Compensation includes a base per-visit rate with potential earnings up to $3,000–$5,000 per week, with additional incentives via a market multiplier and pay-per-test model. Requires a state medical license; Medicaid license enrollment supported by the employer. Independent Contractor, 1099 status, malpractice coverage provided, airfare/hotel/rental car available per eligibility; shifts Monday–Sunday with no night/weekend requirements. Locations include Allegan, MI, US. These visits are conducted in patients’ homes and focus on comprehensive health reviews without prescribing medications or altering existing treatment regimens.
