Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Board-certified Physician Assistant/Physician Associate contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include conducting in-home visits focused on overall health and well-being, reviewing medical history, performing physical evaluations, and identifying potential barriers to care. Compensation includes weekly earnings of $1,800–$3,000 with an average of 6–9 visits daily and a base rate of $70 per completed assessment, with potential increases via a Market Multiplier and additional pay-per-test incentives. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with Signify Health support) is strongly preferred. Roles are 1099 independent contractors with flexible schedules, shifts available Monday–Sunday, and included benefits such as malpractice coverage and travel assistance (airfare, hotel, rental car) based on eligibility.
