Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and selected commercial plan members as an independent contractor PA/PA-C. Perform in-home visits focusing on overall health, identify barriers to care, and complete patient-specific evaluations using pre-populated forms; no prescribing or altering treatment plans. Compensation includes weekly earnings (average 6–9 visits daily, $70 per completed assessment) with potential market multiplier and per-visit incentives. Flexible schedule with shifts Mon–Sun; air travel accommodations may be provided; malpractice coverage is included. Short-term or long-term engagements available.
Required Qualifications
- State License Required (PA-C)
- Board-certified Physician Assistant/Physician Associate
- Licensure in the state of practice (PA-C)
- Active or willingness to enroll Medicare/Medicaid licensing
- Licensed or eligible to obtain PA-C license
