Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Contracted Physician Assistant conducts in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits to assess overall health and identify barriers to care, pre-scheduled evaluations with health plan members, and documentation using a patient-specific form. Earns weekly pay with base rate of $70 per completed assessment and potential additional incentives via pay-per-test and Market Multiplier, with typical weekly earnings ranging up to $1,800–$3,000 and an average of 6–9 visits per day. Shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required), with airfare, hotel, and rental car provided depending on eligibility, malpractice coverage, and flexible scheduling. Independent contractor status (1099) and state licensure required; option to enroll in Medicaid license supported by the employer.
