Job Summary
Board-certified physician assistant contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include conducting in-home visits focused on overall health and well-being, identifying potential barriers to care, and reviewing patient history and physicals in the member’s home. Compensation includes a base rate per completed assessment with potential to earn weekly incentives (average 6-9 visits daily; $70 per completed assessment; up to $1,800–$3,000 per week; Market Multiplier increases). Shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required; pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members; airfare/hotel/rental car may be provided based on eligibility; malpractice coverage; incentive pay based on availability. Independent contractor, 1099 status; state license required; Medicaid license strongly preferred. This role does not involve prescribing medications or altering treatment regimens.
