Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations while utilizing pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with pre-scheduled appointments. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday on short-term or long-term bases as an independent contractor.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA)
- State License Required
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with our support)
