Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing physical condition, and identifying care barriers. Perform 6-9 daily visits with pre-scheduled health plan members, utilizing provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medication, ordering labs, or altering treatment regimens. Earn weekly compensation ranging from $1800 to $3000, including a base rate of $70 per assessment and a market multiplier, with additional pay for qualifying diagnostic tests. Work flexible Monday through Sunday shifts as an independent contractor with available incentives based on weekly availability.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA)
- State License Required
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
