Job Summary
Contract PA/PA-C conducts in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, pre-scheduled evaluations, and performing health history reviews and physical examinations in the member's home. Independent contractor status (1099) with flexible scheduling; shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights; potential earnings up to $1,800–$3,000 per week (per-visit rates and optional tests/pay-per-test model). Requires board-certified PA/PA-C and active state licensure; Medicaid license or enrollment support strongly preferred. Travel-related benefits may include airfare, hotel, and rental car eligibility. Generally located in Portales, NM, US.
