Competitive weekly earnings ($3,000–$5,000 per week with base rate per completed assessment and potential Market Multiplier) and opportunities for additional compensation via pay-per-test. Requires state license; Medicaid license enrollment supported by Signify Health; independent contractor with 1099 status; shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights or weekends required; pre-scheduled visits; travel-related benefits (airfare, hotel, rental car) may apply; malpractice coverage and availability incentives offered.
