Job Summary
Board-certified Physician Assistant/PA-C contractors to conduct in-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Pre-scheduled in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, with an average 6-9 visits daily ($70 per completed assessment) and potential up to 160% increase via Market Multiplier. Shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends. Short-term or long-term basis. Travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car) depending on eligibility. Independent Contractor, 1099 status. State license required (PA-C); Medicaid license or willingness to enroll strongly preferred. No prescribing, no order of labs, or changes to current treatment. Malpractice coverage provided. Location: San Cristobal, NM, US.
