Job Summary
Contract Physician Assistant/PA contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Perform in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, with a base rate per completed assessment and potential multipliers for increased earnings. Requires state license and preferred Medicaid license enrollment; allows pre-scheduled in-home evaluations across a flexible schedule with occasional air travel support and malpractice coverage. No prescribing or alteration of current treatment plans. Roles are independent contractor positions with 1099 status and variable weekly earnings; shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required.
