Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, performing medication and medical history reviews alongside physical assessments. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily using pre-populated, patient-specific forms while identifying barriers to care. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Earn weekly compensation ranging from $1800 to $3000 based on completed assessments, with additional pay-per-test incentives available for qualifying diagnostic and preventive procedures. Shifts operate Monday through Sunday with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA)
- State License Required
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
