Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage/Medicaid members as an MD/DO contractor, conducting in-home visits, reviewing medical history and medications, and performing physical evaluations in patients' homes. Compensation includes weekly earnings of $3,000–$5,000 with potential increases via a Market Multiplier and pay-per-test incentives; requires state license and malpractice coverage; travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car) available; shifts available any day; short- or long-term engagements.
