Job Summary
Board-certified physician assistant/physician associate contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial members. Responsible for in-home visits focusing on overall health, identifying barriers to care, completing evaluations with a patient-specific form, and adhering to pre-scheduled visit schedules in the member’s home. Compensation includes a base rate per completed assessment with potential multipliers and additional pay-per-test opportunities; opportunities to work Monday through Sunday with flexible scheduling and no nights or weekends required. Licensure requirements include an active state license; Medicaid license or enrollment support strongly preferred. Independent Contractor, 1099 status with travel-related provisions (airfare, hotel, rental car) available based on eligibility; malpractice coverage provided. Available incentives based on weekly availability. Visits involve medical history review, physical evaluation, and do not include prescribing or altering treatment plans.
