Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members to identify care barriers while reviewing medical history and educating patients on treatment plans. Complete an average of 6-9 daily assessments at a base rate of $70 per visit, with potential earnings up to $3,000 weekly through market multipliers and pay-per-test bonuses. Work flexible schedules Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor, with no overnight or weekend shifts required. Requires a state license and Medicaid enrollment willingness; provides malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare, hotel, and rental car.
