Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health, identify barriers to care, and complete patient-specific evaluations using pre-populated forms; earn $3,000–$5,000 per week with base $100 per completed assessment plus potential 135% market multiplier. Licensed physicians (MD/DO) or physicians with active state license; independent contractor (1099) with flexible schedule; shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends; airfare/hotel/rental car assistance may apply; malpractice coverage; pay-per-test incentives; pre-scheduled in-home visits; required license; resident or experienced physicians welcome.
