Job Summary
In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members by board-certified Physician Assistant/PA-C contractors. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, pre-scheduled visits with health plan members, and perform medication history review and physical evaluation in the home. Flexible schedule with shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required); air travel and lodging support may apply; compensation includes weekly earnings with potential pay-per-test incentives and Market Multiplier enhancements. Requires PA-C license and state licensure; this is an Independent Contractor (1099) role with malpractice coverage provided.
