Job Summary
Physician Assistant/PA-C contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members in home settings. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health, identifying barriers to care, and conducting a physical evaluation with a patient-specific form. The role is an independent contractor (1099) with flexible scheduling, pre-scheduled in-home visits, and compensation that includes a base per-visit rate and potential Market Multiplier pay, plus optional pay-per-test incentives. Requires board-certified PA and an active state license (Medicaid license or willingness to enroll with company support).
