Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Board-certified physician assistant contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits that focus on overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care. Earn weekly pay with incentive rates; average 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $70 per completed assessment, with potential to increase via Market Multiplier. Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members; independent contractor, 1099 status; shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required); airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility; malpractice coverage; state license required. Responsibilities include reviewing medications and medical history and performing physical evaluations in the member’s home. You will be provided with a pre-populated patient-specific form for each evaluation and will not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatments. Location noted: Fulton, AR, US.
