Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage/Medicaid members as an MD/DO or physician assistant contractor. Earn a competitive wage via base pay per completed assessment plus potential bonuses (up to $100 per assessment with potential market multiplier, and pay-per-test in eligible visits). Required Qualifications
