Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Contract Physician Assistant to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Responsibilities include performing in-home visits focused on overall health and well-being, reviewing medical history, and conducting physical evaluations in a patient’s home. No prescription changes or lab orders are described; compensation includes a base per-visit rate with potential incentives and weekly earnings up to $1,800–$3,000. Flexible scheduling with shifts available across Monday–Sunday and potential travel arrangements (airfare/hotel/rental car) based on eligibility. Independent contractor arrangement (1099) with state license required and board-certified PA credentials; location specified as Easley, SC. Short- and long-term engagements are offered; pre-scheduled visits with health plan members are conducted.
