Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Board-certified Physician Assistant/Physician Associate (PA) contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, performing medication and medical history reviews, and a physical evaluation in the member’s home. No prescribing or altering current treatment. Flexible schedule with shifts Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required); pre-scheduled visits; travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car) available; malpractice coverage provided; Independent Contractor, 1099 status; state license required; Medicaid license enrollment supported. Compensation includes a base rate per completed assessment, weekly earnings potential of $1,800–$3,000 with a market multiplier and pay-per-test opportunities; average 6–9 visits daily. Locations include Fouke, AR (US).
