Job Summary
Contract Physician Assistant/PA-C for in-home health evaluations with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care; perform patient history review and physical evaluation (no prescribing or altering treatment). Independent contractor, 1099 status, with flexible schedule and pre-scheduled visits in members' homes. Licensure required (PA-C) and board certification; potential earnings of $1,800–$3,000 per week with incentives and travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car) where eligible. Shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends requirement; short-term or long-term basis; malpractice coverage provided.
