Job Summary
Contract Physician Assistant/PA to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care; average 6-9 visits daily with base rate of $70 per completed assessment; potential to increase per-visit rate up to 135% with Market Multiplier; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll required; incentive pay via pay-per-test model for qualifying visits; shifts Mon–Sun (no nights/weekends required); independent contractor (1099); flexible schedule; airfare/hotel/rental car may be provided; malpractice coverage; state license required; clinicians review medical history and perform physical evaluations in patients' homes and do not prescribe medications or alter current regimens.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Physician Assistant / PA
- State license required in the practicing state
- Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with company support)
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- Ability to conduct in-home health evaluations and visits
- Pre-scheduled home visits with health plan members
