Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Physician/MD- or DO-area contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and selected commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care, collecting medical history, performing physical evaluations, and using pre-populated forms for each evaluation without prescribing medications or altering current regimens. Compensation includes weekly incentive ranges ($3,000–$5,000 per week) with potential increases via Market Multiplier and pay-per-test opportunities. Flexible, independent contractor (1099) engagement with state licensure required, malpractice coverage, and pre-scheduled visits in members’ homes; shifts available 7 days a week with no nightly/weekend requirements.
