Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members to identify care barriers and educate patients on treatment plans without prescribing medicine or altering existing regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily, earning a base rate of $70 per assessment with potential multipliers up to 135%. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor, with airfare and hotel support available depending on eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA)
- State License Required
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
